Innovation: Googlers: Google Talent Shifts

Many recent changes, adjustments of company culture. As many of the talent entrepreneurial entourage starting to move on. The energy and spirit that drives the rapid growth of young start up companies.

So now that the company has the characteristics of established Fortune companies. The coming performance is something to monitor for the future and to keep in perspective. Many responsibilities also underway when it comes to the recent changes adjustments to the establish culture of other technology companies, such as HP, Microsoft, etc.

As the stock price is a concern for many from recent fluctuations, however for some its young talent Kindly joking, the young talent is a large percentage of what drives the innovation, the creativity, the spark of the company. As the salary and benefits, reasonable to some private companies, other large establish companies offer their talent more.

Much of the talent, Google has provided the forum, environment, internal studies, a playground for some of the elite. However, the entourage of intellect is priceless. Some of the talent, seem disperse to share their talent and capabilities elsewhere. Interestingly the question maybe as they seem to disperse to share their talent it may be Googler's "adding value" to their talents, to continue to strive. The recent changes merely the finish of the "growing pains stage."

Many of the Googlers, disperse elsewhere and the expectation is they join Google again, "adding more value" from different aspects of the spectrum. Many of the young talent, span their talents among other experiences, expertise. The changes simply the companies new cycle of business.
